Ghee cookies recipe

I found this yummy cookies from a nearby store and I fell in love with it.It just melted in my mouth.Origin of this tasty biscuit is India and now I'm going to share this recipe with you.So that you too can enjoy it.Believe it or not,you'll need only four ingredients to make this delicious cookies.

What you'll need..

1 cup of all purpose flour

half a cup melted ghee

1/4 cup of powdered sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla essence (not compulsory)

Directions...

Take a bowl and add melted ghee,sugar,salt and vanilla
Now mix these well
Add flour and mix well to form a soft dough
Take a small portion and shape it into a ball.(You can make it into any shape you prefer)
Arrange these in a container and put it into an oven heated to 180 C for 15 to 17 minutes.
