MI band 5

After a long time I decided to review a very useful product I recently purchased. Actually it is a gift from my person. Lately I have turned into a fitness freak and he thought this would be useful to me and he was correct... (Thanks baby💜) I wear it all the time. Like 24x7. Let me introduce you its features one by one.
First of all, it's a smart watch. So obviously you can check time and date. And it is a fitness tracker. So it measures the distance you travel daily and also it has 13 workout modes including treadmill and swimming. Yes it is water resistant. Then there is a personal physiological activity indicator which they call PAI. It is designed to understand our physical condition. It also has a heart rate monitor which constantly measures the heart rate. The stress meter measures stress using heart rate variability and if the stress levels are high there is a built in breathing activity to reduce stress.

The menstrual cycle monitor is one of the most useful features for us ladies, especially me, because I forget it all the time. You can check weather and maps using this too. It has a timer, stop watch, can control music and phone calls, alarm and even the phone camera. I find that alarm and receiving calls feature really helpful because with this I never miss a call.

The most helpful thing I find in this device is the sleep tracker. All I do is going to sleep with the band in my hand and it records every detail accurately; light sleep, deep sleep and rem sleep and analyses the sleep plus gives suggestions based on statistics. It literally made me to cut out the exhaustion I usually feel everyday after I woke up from sleep.

I'm sure there are like tons of other features for me to discover. So far I surely am enjoying using this and if you are a proud owner of a MI band 5 drop a comment about your experience.

How to survive A/Ls in 3 months...

Today is the first of May and there are exactly three months until GCE A/L exams begin. I intend to help people who has realized this and started panicking and feeling lost, but not only A/L students but also any student with any upcoming exam can use these tips to ace your exam. I will first explain why most of us usually wait until the day before deadline to do stuff. It's explained by Parkinson's law which states that " Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion". What it means is, if we are given a week to finish a task we will finish it within the week and if we are given an year to finish the same task we will spend the whole year doing it. Well that's how usually us, lazy humans work. Now that you know what happened there is no time to regret about how we procrastinated on unnecessary things etc. Now it's time to damage control. I will not gurantee you will get 3As by following these. (It's possible depending on
