Brain fatigue..

Hmm..So after a long time I'm going to publish a new post, and I'm sorry for the delay..I wish to write a post in future about what happened to me during these 2 months...So today I'm going to write about brain fatigue which I'm suffering from right now and I thought writing about it'll be important coz many people don't know what it is exactly.

So if you are feeling like drained, exhausted or burned out it is a sign of brain fatigue and maybe you are suffering from it.Not being able to keep things in memory and not being able to concentrate on things is also a sign of brain fatigue.

So lets see what is brain fatigue..

It is the the mental fatigue or feeling tired. As a result of brain over acting, the brain cells become exhausted..Actually brain fatigue is a symptom of our brain reaching a point of dysfunction. It can be caused by continual mental effort and attention on a task and also coz of high levels of stress or emotions.

Symptoms of brain fatigue..

As I said earlier feeling exhausted and not being able to recall things from memory are major symptoms of brain fatigue.Other than that there are so many other symptoms such as,

  • Depression and anxiety
  • Lack of motivation
  • Fatigue in response to certain foods and chemicals
  • Social isolation
  • Digestive problems
  • Fatigue after meals
  • Physical fatigue
  • Poor focus

Brain fatigue is not something you can ignore..It can cause a severe damage later if you ignore it now.So now lets focus on what we can do to prevent it.

  • Sleep  -You should sleep at least 8 hours per day..
  • Reduce stress-This is the main point here. You must try to reduce it.Try to reduce it by doing yoga or some other sport or you can listen to songs etc
  • Increase anti-oxidant intake

  • A balanced diet
  • Rest -Don't keep working and working forever..Just take a break from work and enjoy it with your family and friends or even with your pet.

Never forget that brain health is also very important and ENJOY your life !!!

How to survive A/Ls in 3 months...

Today is the first of May and there are exactly three months until GCE A/L exams begin. I intend to help people who has realized this and started panicking and feeling lost, but not only A/L students but also any student with any upcoming exam can use these tips to ace your exam. I will first explain why most of us usually wait until the day before deadline to do stuff. It's explained by Parkinson's law which states that " Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion". What it means is, if we are given a week to finish a task we will finish it within the week and if we are given an year to finish the same task we will spend the whole year doing it. Well that's how usually us, lazy humans work. Now that you know what happened there is no time to regret about how we procrastinated on unnecessary things etc. Now it's time to damage control. I will not gurantee you will get 3As by following these. (It's possible depending on ...
