If you are going abroad you will need to get your documents such as birth certificates and educational certificates foreign ministry certified. It's a very long process and it's gonna be very hectic and depressing as well. First of all what is a foreign ministry certified document? They check your original documents and gives you another document with a QR code that says your document is an original and anybody can check it using the QR code. You can take any number of photocopies of the document and those are valid for a year. To where should you go to get them certified? The branch where they certify documents is in the 3rd floor of the Ceylinco Building which is in the opposite side of the World Trade Center.
