As you all know I'm a vegetarian and I enjoy cooking. So today I'm gonna share my Oyster mushroom recipe. It's yummy and also healthy. Especially I hope this will help vegetarians who are trying to loose some weight.
What you'll need..
- Oyster Mushrooms
- Garlic
- Green Onions
- Tomatoes
- Some olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions...
First cut the mushrooms, green onions, garlic and tomatoes into pieces and heat the olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and mushrooms and saute for around 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper and you will see a watery liquid coming out of mushrooms. Close the lid and cook for 5- 6 minutes. Add green onions and tomatoes and cook for another few minutes.
I prefer dipping them in tomato sauce and eating, but you can just eat it like this or with rice too.
