Stop comparing yourself!

                                   Keywords, Change, Fish, Individuality, Marketing

I'm so sure we all heard of "Everybody has a different timeline" quote. And then we tell ourselves "What a bullshit is that, everybody has this and that and nothing ever happens to me!" Well I am not gonna say we all have different timelines today. But I'm gonna tell you how to get everything you ever wanted by doing just a very simple couple of things. You have to trust the process!
First, learn from where the thought "I am not enough" comes from. Because the thought behind comparing yourself to someone is the idea that we are not enough. Is it your appearance that makes you feel not enough when compared to another person? Is it the financial status? Or grades? Identify the root cause that is causing the problem. I am not talking about jealousy here. It could be a simple "I wish if I was.." or an "I wish if I had..." that is drowning all your mental energy and feels like an unworthy person. I am here to help you with being that person and feeling good about yourself.

Acknowledge the problem. "I am feeling like this because I feel like I am overweight". "I feeling like I am stupid because I cannot get good grades". Acknowledge your feelings, do not try to run away from your own thought process. It is very tiring to run from your own thoughts. It consumes all your energy to distract yourself from the constant thoughts of negative self talk. So listen to yourself for once and try to understand the feelings.

Now that you know the problem let's solve it. Comparing and being miserable about something will not do any good because you are not taking any steps towards actually winning it. So let us first change our mindset. Instead of focusing all your energy on the missing thing from your life, lets focus on what actually you have in your hand right now. Well you might think you are fat and ugly, but have you noticed how good your skin/ hair is? How kind actually your heart is? Maybe you can't afford to have food in a 5 star restaurant but think of the good people you are surrounded with! Focus on little things in life and be grateful for them. Practicing gratitude always makes your life abundant. The more grateful for things you are, the more you get. I know this by experience. So trust me here.

Since now you are filled with all this positivity lets see how to get to the bottom of your desire. If it's about the body image what can we do about it? Can we change your diet and lifestyle? It is going to take a long time, obviously. You will reach your desired weight and body with time, but do not focus on it negatively. Change does not happen overnight. It is a process that takes time and needs patience. You will be a little bit better tomorrow than today and you will be much better in a week. In months and years you will look back and be surprised how much you have changed. It is hard..You will feel like giving up from time to time, this is why being grateful for everything is important. When there is positivity and positive energy in your life, when you believe in yourself and your strength everything happens so fast. You are beautiful, you are intelligent and you are financially stable. You will be the best version of yourself and you will have the best life anyone can ever have. I believe in YOU.

How to survive A/Ls in 3 months...

Today is the first of May and there are exactly three months until GCE A/L exams begin. I intend to help people who has realized this and started panicking and feeling lost, but not only A/L students but also any student with any upcoming exam can use these tips to ace your exam. I will first explain why most of us usually wait until the day before deadline to do stuff. It's explained by Parkinson's law which states that " Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion". What it means is, if we are given a week to finish a task we will finish it within the week and if we are given an year to finish the same task we will spend the whole year doing it. Well that's how usually us, lazy humans work. Now that you know what happened there is no time to regret about how we procrastinated on unnecessary things etc. Now it's time to damage control. I will not gurantee you will get 3As by following these. (It's possible depending on
