We have seen many super heros with many abilities... among those, super speed is what I'm interested in. Super speed is the ability to travel (run or fly or whatever) in an unimaginable speed, usually thousands of miles per hour.  What actually will happen if you can travel with this speed?

So this is my 12th time visiting the Colombo international book fair.If you can remember last year also I posted about this..So this won't be a long post..Usually it't not crowded on the first day..but since today is a holiday there were so many people..and you know what...this time it's FREE for university students.. I will add few photos of the ground plan of the book fair,so that if you are planning to visit the book fair it will help you.. :)

So,365 nights has passed since the day I started this blog. Yessss...!! It's the one year anniversary of this blog. Some people like it,some people hate it..that's the human nature. I shared my life with many people through this blog and I'm feeling so happy about it. Sharing is good always ha? And especially when you are in trouble it's good to know that there are people with you no matter what happens. So a big thank to all of you guys for staying with me for an year..And I will keep you updated about so much more things through out this year too. So after a long break I'm posting something new today.. it's something i wanted to tell you from the beginning of the new semester..but i'm lucky that i had to postpone it coz today i got tons of ideas to add to this post. I just finished watching a movie..that's what gave me something new to think about. So this movie was quite a famous one in sri lanka but i couldn't watch it. It's name is "ho gana pokuna" (the singing pond). So for the people who don't know the story i'll give a brief idea.  A new teacher comes to a school which is situated in an extremely rural area in sri lanka. There are only 18 children in this school (usually schools in sri lanka have thousands per school. For an example there were about 5000 students in my school)Since there village is in the up country they have never seen the sea. So this movie is all about their trip to see the sea. What i realized from this movie is that i'm such a lucky person...

Well I'm sure most of you know him..I'm not going to talk about his dedication towards music industry or anything related to his career. Since you can even find them on Wikipedia I shouldn't repeat it here.. I'm not going to talk about a musician here, I'm going to talk about my beloved"කොළඹ සීයා". That's how I used to call him. Since he lived in Colombo I used to call him කොළඹ සීයා.Until I grow up I didn't know he was a famous person or at least a musician.As a kid I loved visiting him,coz every time I went there he had tons of stories for us.. He was an animal lover. He had a lovely dog named "Ringa"and he loved him alot. One day when I went to see my grandpa Ringa was not to be seen. When I asked him where is he, he answered with teary eyes that he died from a cancer. He did a lot to save him just like I tried to save my Apsara but finally he was gone forever.

If you were with me from the beginning then you'd know that I post a recipe at least one per month. Sorry that I couldn't post a one for a long time. Today I'm going to introduce you Salmon patties.. It's very easy to make and also very tasty. You will only need four ingredients. Lets see what they are first.
