A simple cake recipe

I'm going to tell you for the first time,about something yummy.Yeah,this is going to be a yummy post.We eat cakes to celebrate birthdays and all.But how many of you have tried to bake a cake on your own? Many people think that baking a cake is a kind of a big deal.But NO,It is not.It is very easy and let me show you how.I'm baking cakes since I'm 10 years old and my mom taught me how to.So now I'm going to share it with you.

4 eggs


Lets see what we will need first

250g of flour





Few drops of vanilla

250g of margarine or butter

250g of sugar


2 teaspoons of baking powder



Now we have everything we need to make a cake.Ah I forgot it,you need something more,an oven...Now  we are ready to make our cake.If you need a chocolate cake then don't forger to add some chocolate powder to our list of ingredients.


  • First take a clean bowl and mix sugar with butter and beat well until the mixture has a nice creamy consistency and a clear colour.When beating make sure that you beat towards a once specific direction.
  • Next add eggs one by one and beat very well until sugar finish dissolving in butter/margarine.
  • Sieve the flour together with baking powder for 3 times.
  • Now add flour gradually to the cake mixture and mix it well.(If you want a chocolate cake then after this step add chocolate powder.)
  • Add vanilla and mix well again.(In this step I add some milk powder,but it is additional)
  • Now the cake is ready to be baked.Grease a cake tray with butter/margarine and bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees for 20 minutes.
