Menstrual cramp relief...How to get rid of that horrible pain...

Many women have pain during their periods, but for some its a horrible nightmare. So im going to tell you few things you can do to reduce your pain or completely stop your pain .According to WebMD  following circumstances can make a woman more likely to experience menstrual cramps.

  1. she started her first period at an early age (younger  than 11 years old)
  2. Her menstrual periods are heavy
  3. She is overweight
  4. She smokes cigarettes or uses alcohol.
  5. She has never been pregnant

Well everyone knows menstrual cramps are horrible and very painful. So what can we do to get rid of it.

Using medicine

We can use painkillers to reduce our pain. But mefenamic acid (as we all know ponstan) is the best medicine works against menstrual pain.

but if you are in a situation where you are unable to find some medicine, then what can you do?

Applying heat

It is one of the famous home remedies for menstrual cramp relief.Heat helps to relax muscles in our uterus, which is causing so much pain, you can use a heat pad or simply a bottle filled with hot water .

Drinking a milk coffee

Now i know many of the websites on internet says do not use coffee, but it works for me and many other girls i know.A hot cup of milk coffee can reduce the pain upto 50%.

Just by using the power of your mind

Now you will think what is that, yes it is possible to completely stop this nightmare just by a one thought. This is how to do it.
You have to focus on the pain and just to think that, theres no pain there,im not feeling any kind of pain, and it works like MAGIC.You don't trust me?Then you have to try it.It works,I am a girl who is having an unbearable pain during periods, even ponstan can't help me.My legs hurt my belly hurts and i can't atleast walk properly when im having menstual pain.I found this from an old book about medicines and the power of human mind.
So try this and let me know the result.I hope my post helped you.

Share your ideas with me..Don't hesitate to comment.Thank you!!!

Today is the first of May and there are exactly three months until GCE A/L exams begin. I intend to help people who has realized this and started panicking and feeling lost, but not only A/L students but also any student with any upcoming exam can use these tips to ace your exam. I will first explain why most of us usually wait until the day before deadline to do stuff. It's explained by Parkinson's law which states that " Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion". What it means is, if we are given a week to finish a task we will finish it within the week and if we are given an year to finish the same task we will spend the whole year doing it. Well that's how usually us, lazy humans work. Now that you know what happened there is no time to regret about how we procrastinated on unnecessary things etc. Now it's time to damage control. I will not gurantee you will get 3As by following these. (It's possible depending on
