Lose 12 pounds in a week?

Have a party in a week and want to lose few pounds immediately?Then here is a guide to lose 10-12 pounds in a week.This diet was famous around the world for about a decade,and today I'm introducing it to you.It's famous as GM diet or General Motors diet.Now wait a second,General motors has nothing to do with diets,right?Well,Yes.But General Motors introduced this diet plan to its employees to lose weight and stay healthy.That why we call it general motors diet plan.But there's something special about this diet.You don't have to starve like all the other diets.This is all about eating,you can eat as much as you want to.So are you ready?


Even though I call it a diet it's actually not a diet.It's a detoxification process.People have reported that they have lost 10 to 17 pounds by this.And don't forget that you have to consume more water (about 6-8 glasses a day) during the diet.I tried this diet and but I couldn't do it more than 3 days but I lost 2kgs during those 3 days.(And during those 3 days I cheated too) So here we go,this is our diet plan.

Day 1

Only fruits except bananas.You can eat as much as you want to.I spent that day eating watermelons and at the end of the day I lost 1kg.(But I cheated as I told you before.I ate a cup of rice,but I burnt 1000 calories on a body trainer coz of that)

Day 2

You have to eat vegetables only on this day,raw or cooked.You can have a baked potato with a pat of butter for breakfast.

Day 3

A mix of vegetables and fruits.But don't eat bananas or potatoes. And by this stage your body is prepared to start burning excess pounds.And also after the first three days most challenging part of this diet is over.

Day 4

Today you will have to survive with bananas, milk and soup.But only up to 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk.

Day 5

Beef and tomatoes today.You have to eat six tomatoes.Don't worry if you are a vegetarian. You can eat cottage cheese and sprouts instead of beef.

Day 6

Beef again but instead of tomatoes today you can eat any vegetable you prefer.If you are a vegetarian eat sprouts and cottage cheese instead of beef.

Day 7

The last day of diet,you can eat a cup of brown rice,fruit juice and unlimited amount of vegetables.


Some people reported to have side effects.You might experience sudden muscle weakness or headaches within the first few days.If you feel like unable to carry on this diet you can stop.(Like I did) And GOOD LUCK in loosing weight !!!

Today is the first of May and there are exactly three months until GCE A/L exams begin. I intend to help people who has realized this and started panicking and feeling lost, but not only A/L students but also any student with any upcoming exam can use these tips to ace your exam.
